2. General information

I process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the website and to respond to enquiries. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider ([hosting provider, e.g. Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA]). When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is used for the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form, the data you enter (first and last name, email address, subject, reason for enquiry and your message) is processed in order to handle and respond to your request.

Submissions are sent via the service Web3Forms (Statichunt Technologies), which forwards the form data as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. The data is then transmitted to me by email.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contractual relationship) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once your request has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. External links / social media

This website contains a link to my Instagram profile. When you click it, you are redirected to the respective provider's pages, over whose data processing I have no influence. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, usually the one in your country or, in Germany, the federal state of your residence (for Hesse: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
